Xi`an Valor Wear-resistant Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., located in Hi-tech zone, Xi`an, China, is the originator and promoter for consultation, design, equipment development and general contracting of wear-resistance engineering. It is the technical R&D center of Valor Group and conversion base for scientific and technical achievement of wear-resistant equipment. Valor series metal-ceramic-fiber composite material owning proprietary property rights are successfully developed jointly by the Silicate Engineering Center of Wuhan University of Technology and the Material Science Engineering Institute of Xi`an Jiaotong University. Valor Group established material and wear-resistant equipment production base at the foot of Songshan mountain in Dengfeng, Henan i.e. Dengfeng Valor Wear-resistant Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd. The philosophy of Valor Wear-resistance is to provide protection for quick-wear equipment in fields of coal washing, coal separation, petrol chemistry, construction material, steel and iron, coal-fired power, wind power, port loading and unloading and nuclear power etc.
The newly developed valor ppr series flexible ceramic maeterial with its super high strength up to 300Mpa has successfully resolved the difficult wear-resistant problem of high velosity washing, abrasing, stripping equipment by liquid inclusives with high density in ore pulp, coal slurry for coal washing and separation industry. The difficult wear-resistant problem of crab bucket in various industries has been solved too.As a result the worn out crab bucket which was supposed to be scrapped has been renewed with its life time increased by 3 to 5 times.
